Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut CA 91789, USA, vercel.com). The calculation API is hosted by Railway Corp. (548 Market St #95960, San Francisco CA 94104, USA, railway.app). The domain and email service are provided by EuroDNS S.A. (24 rue Léon Laval, L-3372 Leudelange, Luxembourg).

Regulatory perimeter

MyPensionPlan.lu is an information-only calculator for the Luxembourg statutory pension. We hold no regulatory authorisation, and none is required for the activities we carry on:

Not insurance distribution. We do not advise on, propose, compare, or facilitate the conclusion of any insurance contract within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2016/97 (the Insurance Distribution Directive) as transposed in Luxembourg by the Loi du 10 août 2018. We hold no authorisation from the Commissariat aux Assurances and do not require one.
Not a payment service. We do not perform any of the eight payment services listed in the annex to the Loi du 10 novembre 2009 relative aux services de paiement (PSD2 transposition). When the paid subscription tier launches, all payment processing will be delegated to a regulated payment service provider acting as merchant of record.
Not investment advice. We do not provide personal recommendations in respect of financial instruments within the meaning of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II) as transposed in Luxembourg by the Loi du 30 mai 2018. We hold no authorisation from the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier and do not require one.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, and calculation engine are the intellectual property of the publisher. The CNAP formula and Luxembourg legal sources cited on the site are public-domain regulatory material. Logos and trademarks of third parties (e.g. CNAP, CSSF) are referenced for identification only; their use does not imply any affiliation.
